The MEAN WELL APV-8-12 is an 8W single-output constant-voltage AC/DC power supply designed to provide reliable 12V DC power for compatible LED lighting and electronic applications. It accepts a wide 90–264VAC input range and delivers up to 0.67A at 12V DC, making it suitable for compact indoor installations where dependable regulated power is required.
The APV-8 series features a compact rectangular plastic enclosure with IP42 protection, Class II construction without a functional ground connection, and free-air cooling. The APV-8-12 provides approximately 80% typical efficiency, ±5% voltage tolerance, and 250mV maximum ripple and noise.
