Description
The 63FE fuse is a high-speed (ultra rapid) semiconductor protection fuse (Class aR) built to interrupt very high fault currents safely and extremely quickly.
It uses a ceramic sand-filled body that absorbs arc energy during short-circuit conditions, protecting sensitive components like IGBTs, diodes, and converters.
Unlike standard fuses, it is not meant for general overload protection but for fast short-circuit protection of power electronics.
