Product Description

The PC30UD69V400TF is a square-body, ultra-fast acting semiconductor fuse from the Mersen Protistor® Size 30 aR series. It is designed to protect sensitive power electronic components such as IGBTs, thyristors, diodes, and rectifiers in medium to high-power industrial systems.

This fuse provides extremely low let-through energy (I²t) and very high breaking capacity, making it ideal for inverter drives, UPS systems, rectifiers, and DC link protection where fast fault clearing is critical.
