Product Description

The DPA51CM44 is a Carlo Gavazzi phase monitoring relay designed to continuously supervise a 3-phase power supply. It detects phase loss, phase reversal (incorrect phase sequence), and undervoltage conditions, and disconnects the output relay to protect connected equipment such as motors, compressors, pumps, and industrial drives.

It operates by measuring the incoming three-phase voltage and ensuring correct phase sequence and balanced voltage presence. If any phase fails or the sequence is wrong, the internal relay de-energises, stopping the control circuit and preventing equipment damage.
