The NPL24-12 is a 12V 24Ah sealed lead-acid (VRLA AGM) battery, designed for long-life standby and backup power applications such as UPS systems, telecom equipment, security systems, and emergency power supplies.

It is part of the Yuasa NPL series, which is an upgraded long-life version of standard NP batteries, offering improved durability and extended service life (typically 10–12 years design life under standby conditions).

Description

The NPL24-12 is a maintenance-free VRLA battery using AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) technology, where the electrolyte is fully absorbed in fiberglass separators. This makes it spill-proof, safe for indoor use, and capable of reliable standby performance.

It is engineered for high reliability in critical backup systems, delivering stable 12V output and good recovery after deep discharge. The design focuses on long service life, low self-discharge, and strong performance in float charging applications.
